International football competition
The 1955 CCCF Championship was the seventh edition of the CCCF Championship, the tournament took place from August 14 to 28, 1955.
All matches were held in the Honduran capital (Tegucigalpa) and the champion was once again Costa Rica, winning 4 of the last 5 editions. For this reason, Costa Rica qualified for the 1956 Panamerican Championship

Seven team participated on the tournament Cuba and Aruba debuted on the tournament.

- ^ 7 teams participated but Guatemala withdrew from the tournament because of the match incidents of Costa Rica

- ^ Guatemala withdrew after the incidents in the match against Costa Rica; the organizing committee decided to award 2 points to the teams still having to play against Guatemala (Cuba, Honduras and Aruba) but following a protest of Curaçao and consultation of FIFA, it was decided on August 25 to annul all the results of Guatemala.
