Football league season
The 1998 Vietnamese National First Division was the 16th season of the National Football Championship in Vietnam, played from 1 March until 14 June 1998.[1]
Rules for classification: 1) Points; 2) Head-to-head points; 3) Goal difference; 4) Number of goals scored; 5) Number of away goals scored; 6) Draw of lots.[3]
