Cricket tournament
The 2025 Hanif Mohammad Trophy is a domestic non-first-class cricket competition in Pakistan.[1] It is the second edition of the Hanif Mohammad Trophy, and it is contested by twelve teams representing regional cricket associations.[2] Twelve teams are divided into two groups where each team plays five games, and the top of each group qualifies for the 2025–26 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.[3]
Teams
The teams were placed into the following groups:[4]
- Group A: Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Karachi Whites, Lahore Blues, Quetta
- Group B: Dera Murad Jamali, FATA, Karachi Blues, Larkana, Multan, Rawalpindi
In the group stage of the competition, each team plays each of the other five teams in its group once.
