8th state legislature of the Indian state of Odisha
The Eighth Odisha Vidhan Sabha was convened after 1980 Odisha Legislative Assembly election. Indian National Congress (I) led by Janaki Ballabh Patnaik came to power after winning in landslide 118 seats.[1]
