There is [[Wikipedia:Notability|WP:N]], and then there are multiple subject specific notability guidelines. She might could be judged with [[WP:SPORTSCRIT]] – but probably would not pass that either because she has not had significant coverage. I will not template the article again, but if others request deletion you might ask to put it in [[Draft:Nell Miller]].
