Musical artist

Clark Sabine was a Washington, DC area singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who was a member of several bands including Statehood, The Andalusians, Motorcycle Wars, Metropolitan (band) and the Halo Project. Sabine was known early in his career for his on-stage antics and often elaborate theatrical stage entrances. Later in his career he became better known as a prolific songwriter and instrumentalist on the Washington, DC music scene.

Sabine was diagnosed with malignant melanoma, a form of skin cancer, on February 02, 2008 and finally succumbed to his illness on June 16, 2009.
