The Apollo University (TAU) ) is a private university located in the Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh, India. It was established in 2021 under the Andhra Pradesh Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2016 [1]. The University is sponsored by the Apollo Hospitals Education and Research Foundation.
The establishment of the university was notified by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette [2].
The Apollo University was established in 2021 following approval by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The university is recognised under Section 2(f) of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
The university operates from a campus in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.

● Monash University, Australia – The Apollo University has partnered with Monash University’s Faculty of Information Technology to provide advanced education and research opportunities in Information Technology.
