Suspected sockpuppets

I’m not sure whether this is required, but since this issue came back up when I came across Draft:Republic West Sumatera and Draft:Republic West Sumatera(2), I thought it might be best to open an SPI just to have all of it together for ease of understanding given that there are now three suspected sockpuppets, and probably more to come based on the continued socking.
Bangkinang was blocked for continuously adding a fictitious flag to Southeast Asia [1]. The account was also blocked on IDwiki for the same, and subsequently globally locked for cross-wiki abuse.
Bangkimon was subsequently created, and created Draft:Republic West Sumatera(2), which is a fictitious SEA nation, and seems to have also returned to IDwiki to do the same, as the account was globally locked in turn upon request by IDwiki admins as persistent abuse across multiple accounts.
Bangjowari was created after that, which made edits to West Sumatra in the same vein of adding a fictitious flag of the fictitious Republic of West Sumatra to the article, and was blocked both here and at IDwiki.
Masdafa1998 was created and made Draft:Republic West Sumatera and was summarily blocked as a sock of Bangjowari.
