Leader of a second-tier local council. Fails WP:NPOL as not being a “Major local political figures who have received significant press coverage”. Fails WP:BASIC as lacking “significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject.” Most coverage is routine and trivial, such as the subject writing in a local newspaper or coverage of him seeking party nomination for higher office.
