:””’Rosguill””’ – how do I know which pages fall under these restrictions? Or the problem is that I added sources about Israel to the Reza Pahlavi page? It’s confusing. Tasasiki (talk) 10:17, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
You have recently edited a page related to post-1978 Iranian politics, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures, you may ask them at the arbitration clerks’ noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the template.

I suggest that you downgrade your RfC comment quotes from MOS:BOLD to italics or ordinary font. People will tend to be more annoyed at you rather than read your evidence. I don’t know if there’s a formal style guide for bold in talk pages. You could use tq, which has become common since a few years ago. Boud (talk) 21:24, 8 January 2026 (UTC)

Here’s wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, Tasasiki! I see that you’ve already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions. - Thank you, Boud. I have also noticed your good contributions to the 2025–2026 Iranian protests page, and I’m glad to be working with you on it. Tasasiki (talk) 21:28, 8 January 2026 (UTC)
Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing a page’s content back to how you believe it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree with your changes. Please stop editing the page and use the talk page to work toward creating a version of the page that represents consensus among the editors involved. Wikipedia provides a page explaining how this is accomplished. If discussions reach an impasse, you can request help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution such as a third opinion. In some cases, you may wish to request page protection while a discussion to resolve the dispute is ongoing.
If you continue edit warring, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor’s work—whether in whole or in part, or whether it involves the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also, please keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule— if things indicate that you intend to continue reverting content on the page. - There is a current RFC about this content dispute, so please wait until it has concluded and sources have been reviewed before trying to re-insert your edits. Tasasiki (talk) 12:23, 9 January 2026 (UTC)
- Please respond at [1] when you can, thank you. DiodotusNicator (talk) 13:04, 9 January 2026 (UTC)

Your recent edits to Reza Pahlavi, combined with your past edit-warring and WP:STONEWALLING on 2025–2026 Iranian protests, display a pattern of POV-pushing regarding Pahlavi. Please read WP:BLP closely before continuing to edit Reza Pahlavi – note WP:BLPCOI specifically: “More generally, editors who have a strongly negative or positive view of the subject of a biographical article should be especially careful to edit that article neutrally, if they choose to edit it at all.”
If you continue to override the WP:BRD process, I will consider myself forced to escalate this to WP:ANI, as there is a clear pattern of behavior here. DiodotusNicator (talk) 21:11, 31 January 2026 (UTC)
- I would argue that your repeatedly removal of sources about Pahlavi amounts to POV pushing and the whitewashing of Pahlavi’s reputation. Tasasiki (talk) 10:02, 2 February 2026 (UTC)

- You cannot do edits related to israel conflict at all until 500. i have no stance on other material above. User:Bluethricecreamman (Talk·Contribs) 17:03, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators’ noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is Persistent edit warring in the WP:CT/IRP area, including to push a POV on a BLP page. DiodotusNicator (talk) 08:02, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
