The subject has the presumption of being innocent, and essentially died innocent in procedural terms. At which point they would not qualify for an article under WP:CRIMINAL or WP:BLP1E. I am tending towards Reject but will use Decline in case consensus is needed.

Thanks for your contributions to Anthony Martin (music educator). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability, you may have a possible Conflict of Interest and it is a purely disruptive creation: Draft:Anthony Martin (teacher) was repeatedly declined in AfC, and the draft creator requested deletion of that draft and ‘immediately created this in mainspace with a different title..
I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
