This is a list of my ever-growing todo tasks. If you have found yourself looking at this page and feel you can provide a hand at any of the tasks, please do not hesitate! I’ll be watching in any case .

  • Allophones/realizations and tones
  • Consonant chart partially fails verification
  • Needs corrections for free variation, some consonants in the chart do not exist
  • Evidence that [a] is central is not clear
  • Vowel corrections, seems to be misinterpretation of source
  • SOWL p. 314 claims /u/ is fricative [u̝] ([ɣ̍ʷ])
  • Orthography and phonology citations
  • Dialects?
  • 2018 & 2020 phoneme charts
  • 1988, 2004, & 2013 tones
  • Phonology page has refspamming on rounded vowels with poor text-source integrity
  • Somewhat synthed, citations need to link to which specific vowels they are referring to
  • What’s going on with tones?
  • Determine necessity, may not be needed
  • still improve doc even if only made into a page section
  • Allophone [ʐ̞]
  • Both apical, not laminal
  • Approximated/lenited fricatives, not ‘true’ approximants
  • Apicolaminal or laminal dental or denti-alveolar
  • Decide what to do with [ɯ̽]
  • Supposed Ladefoged mention of [ʊ] being unspecified for rounding?
  • Fix tone number on rounded page to letter or diacritic
  • Do any sources exist that are not language specific?
  • Add Nuosu Yi to occurrences
  • Find any cites for FUT small cap
  • Unicode 1901 example clearly uses lowercase
  • Chunk away at backlog of WP:PM
  • Fix linking of unlinked discussions
