Lotus Electronics is an electronics retail store chain in Central India, founded under the umbrella of CPR Distributors Pvt. Ltd. The parent company was established in 1998[1] as a joint venture between three visionaries from close-knit families — Chairman Mr. Sanjay Chhabra, President Mr. Deepak Pahwa, and Founder Director Mr. Rajendra Raje.[2][3]

The first Lotus Electronics showroom opened on April 5, 2000, at Sneh Nagar Main Road, Indore, spanning 15,000 square feet. As of 2025, Lotus Electronics operates over 20 stores in 9 cities: Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain, Raipur, Bilaspur, Nagpur, Jabalpur, Bhilai[4], and Jaipur.
