The article might have reliable sources referenced, but may still require more sourcing or substantial cleanup. Useful to a casual reader, but would not provide a complete picture for even a moderately detailed study.

This class of article can only reach Featured List class, and is not acceptable for GA or FA status. Lists which contain a substantial amount of text should be assessed using the regular scale.
