  • I can’t seem to view 10 in full, but it does mention Ellsworth & Goldie, Ltd.
  • I think “and was seriously ill by 1996.” is cited to the wrong page, as it’s not on the specified page, but I do see it elsewhere in that report.

All the images are appropriately licensed. The one in the infobox is missing alt text but that’s it.
