Hi Stevy, i tried formulating a complaint, but looks like his conduct is not disruptive enough that it warrants a ANI report over him for this time. What we need to do is give him more warnings and see if he responds for once. I warned him once and from now on we need to remind him everytime he makes a page like Jimmy Wong (badminton). You need to increase contrast between the yellow text and green background: you have picked relatively light colours for both. The link I added before is to a tool which shows the current contrast (and marks it “fail” using a series of web standards for accessibility). You can use the sliders on the tool to adjust the text colour and/or background until you get “pass” marks for all (a contrast ratio ≥7). For example, darkening the text makes your signature
