Interesting that this article juxtaposes the statement:

Work on the station started in 1875 and it was opened together with most other Stadtbahn stations on 7 February 1882. Today, it is one of the two Stadtbahn stations still in the original state.

with the picture File:Berlin – S-Bahnhof Bellevue.jpg. That looks like an awfully advanced escalator for 1882!. Perhaps we should qualify that ‘original’ in some way. — Starbois (talk) 15:11, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
