A social science introductory perspective of women in psychological, sociological, historical, anthropological, economic, and political contexts; the changing roles, images, and institutions.
In this course each student create a new Wikipedia biography of a woman. We will use the SC / Women in Red list as a starting point, which is based on the SC Encyclopedia. We will use resources at the USC Libraries, including the South Caroliniana Library and the Hollins Special Collections (political library).
