Non-notable caste-based website, passing mentions in certain RS do not provide any indepedent indepth coverage for a standalone article. This is one of hundreds of such caste-POV related websites of dubious veracity (covered by WP:CT/CASTE). Last I remember, we blacklist this for usage in India-related articles, the admin of the website is also blocked from the mainspace here at enwiki [1] .
