For my first draft of my wiki project, my main contribution was the second paragraph under the physiology section, which is completely new. It discusses interfilament distance in more detail, which was previously only one sentence.I also included a rough sketch of the figure I plan to make demonstrating this principle. I also edited a line in the opening section as suggested in the talk page. A previous editor had used “humoral length” to define how venous return and EDV effect cardiac output, which is not standard in the literature. Finally, I added context to the history section, indciating why Starling’s contributions were important. [[User:BuffetHawk|BuffetHawk]] ([[User talk:BuffetHawk|talk]]) 22:10, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
