Judith Enck (born ) is an environmental policy expert and former Region 2 Administrator for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under President Barack Obama[1]. She is the founder and Executive Director of Beyond Plastics[2], an organization working to reduce global plastic pollution, which is based on the campus of Bennington College.

Judith was born in Queens City, NY, and moved to the Hudson Valley of New York as a young girl. She attended the College of Saint Rose in Albany NY.[3]

Judith is married to Mark Dunlea, a climate activist who was a co-founder of the New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG) and the National Public Interest Research Group (PIRG).
