This artist autobiography does not meet notability criteria per WP:GNG nor WP:NARTIST for inclusion. He has made and exhibited his artwork (which is simply what artists do), and won a couple non-notable awards. A WP:BEFORE search comes up cold aside from a bit of social media, his BlogSpot post of his CV; a show announcement and a Rotary Club listing of some of his paintings for sale.
