Incredible Health is an American healthcare technology company that operates a digital marketplace for nurses.[1] Headquartered in San Francisco, California, the company facilitates recruitment between healthcare professionals and hospitals, health systems, and other medical facilities in the United States.[2][3][4][5][6]
History
Incredible Health was founded in 2017 by physician Iman Abuzeid and engineer Rome Portlock with the stated goal of improving the healthcare recruitment process.[6][7][1]
In 2022, the company raised US$80 million in Series B funding led by Base10 Partners, valuing the company at approximately US$1.65 billion and bringing total funding to US$97 million.[2][4][5][6][8][9]
By 2025, Incredible Health served over 1,500 employers nationwide and launched IncredibleAI, a set of artificial intelligence tools designed to assist in healthcare recruitment and workforce management.[3][7]
