At Wikipedia:Village_pump_(proposals)/Archive_172#Designating_current_seasons_in_infoboxes, I read clear consensus to use text rather than images to designate the current season. If you find a WP:Notable good source in this collection, and we have a Wikipedia article for the source, please tag the talk page with {{Wikipedia Library}} to increase the likelihood that other editors will find out that they can use good sources.

Thanks. Looks like there’s a book on the Philadelphia cricket team which might be helpful. And a history of US cricket from 1710 to 2000 which I’m sure would be interesting. The article on ejection describes ejecting from a current event. The instance of DSQ’ing can occur before such an event, or years later (as seen in Olympics drugs results), so this doesn’t seem to be proper.
