Hans Lienesch is 50 year old adult man who was born in Anacortes, Washington state in the usa in 1975 and is predominantly known for his brand called the ramen rater started in 2002, focused on rating instant ramen and has over 5,000 recipes as of now and in 2009.
origins
Hans Lienesch’s mother would often cook a product called nissan roasted ramen for 2 minutes instead of 3 and a scrabbled and eventually Hans Lienesch and his family would go to Uwajimaya, a large Japanese super market in Seattle, Hans Lienesch’s family asked for similar ramen and they were directed to Nissin Chikin Ramen and this is when he discovered his love for instant ramen.

In 2002 Hans Lienesch used a basic editor called netscape composer to make reviews for ramen for fun but eventually he stopped rating for awhile and then started rating sauces as the sauce rater and eventually gave up due to a majority of the sauce’s tasting the similar and then he returned to rating ramen after his first marriage ending
