Muwoya Wekhoola David

Muwoya Wekhoola David, born on 10 December 1966 to Wekhoola Francisco and Selela Kibone of what is now Bubisikwa East Village, Buwali Sub-county, Bududa District, Uganda, East Africa, is a Ugandan Educationist and Author of thirteen books. Muwoya worked as a District Inspector of Schools (DIS) before being elevated to the current position of Principal Education Officer (PEO) in Bududa District Local Government. He is a former Minister for Education and Scholarships in Inzu Ya Masaba, cultural institution of the Bamasaaba of Uganda, Kenya and the diaspora. He is a husband to Kibone Florence and a father to ten children including Simon, Daniel, Paul, Edisa, Emily, Hellen, Teddy, Gorret, Constance, and Sarah.
