I looked it over, regrettably I don’t have a lot of time right now. I would say it is on the long side and might benefit from farming out the foreign reaction to its own article. Also, the section on the break-in seems a bit long and unfocused. The article might benefit from PR, if only to pick up such things as Royce Lamberth being linked twice in close succession. :Ah, I realize I was a little [[WP:EASTEREGG]]Y in my original message – I had linked my Watergate draft in my userspace: [[User:HAL333/watergate]]. And I agree that this older version is overlong, but my draft is even ”longer”, and I haven’t even rewritten the sections that follow the Senate investigation… (That increased length is partly because I don’t think the current version is comprehensive in scope.) I expect it to be near 10,000 words when done. Also, I am going to take a two-week-or-so hiatus from major editing, so there’s no urgency if you don’t have the time for ”another” look-over for the rest of the month. Revision as of 00:27, 16 September 2025
Following the burglars’ arrest, media and the Department of Justice found money connected with the Committee for the Re-Election of the President (CRP), the fundraising arm of Nixon’s campaign.
where was the money? sentence should be more specific.

- There wasn’t really physical money but more a “money trail” of checks/donations leading to the CRP. Adjusted for clarity. ~ HAL333 15:24, 24 August 2025 (UTC)
