NOCO Distillery is a craft micro‑distillery in Fort Collins, Colorado, United States.[1] Founded by Swiss‑born Sébastien Gavillet and his partner Leif Jensen, it produces small batches of whiskey, gin, rum, vodka, brandy, blue‑agave spirit and absinthe.[1] The distillery has attracted national attention through product placements – most notably a cameo of its Bourbon II whiskey on the television series ”Star Trek: Picard” – and has earned multiple awards at the International Whisky Competition.[2][3][4]
