Dr. Chris Manengs, also known as Chrislan Manengs, is a Cameroonian–Swedish entrepreneur, political strategist, business executive, filmmaker, and author.[1] He is known for his role as campaign director, director of communication, and official spokesperson for Issa Tchiroma Bakary during the 2025 Cameroonian presidential election, as well as for his work in business leadership, personal branding, media production, and entertainment.
Early life and education

Manengs was born in Cameroon and later pursued advanced academic studies in business and public relations. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (International Business Politics) from UCAM (Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia), Spain.[1]

Manengs has built an international career in business strategy, personal branding, political communication, and corporate consulting. He has advised high-profile families and executives on reputation management, influence strategy, and organizational development.
