Hello @Deloty2 – and thanks for your thoughtful work on this article evaluation. I appreciate the depth of your critique and especially how you identified particular aspects to improve. It’s also such a good idea to look at other Wikipedia articles (that are more highly rated) to get a sense of how they should be structured etc.

There’s a few ways to approach statements without citations. You can take them out but if you think that they are generally useful you can also look for a citation that supports the statement. The final option is to add the Citation needed tag which basically just alerts other editors that the content needs a source.

I think the best approach for you here would be to focus on 1) a particular section (such as History that you mentioned could be brought more up to date) in order to add content and sources to that section and then 2) work on improving one other aspect of the article – could be the lead or working on unsourced material throughout.

Most importantly, don’t get caught up in trying to fix the entire article since this is your first time doing this type of writing, it’s OK to take on a small chunk.

Great work on this evaluation! Matthewvetter (talk) 18:31, 17 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
