Multi-XfD nomination wizard is a user script. You must have a registered account that is (auto)confirmed to use it.
To install this, go to this section of your preferences: Preferences → Gadgets → Advanced → 
Install scripts without having to manually edit JavaScript files (documentation), hit the save button, and then an install button will appear on the infobox.
- Click the blue “+ Add Page” button below to add pages
- Enter each page name – the venue will be detected automatically
- You can change the venue if the detection is incorrect
- Click “Done” to confirm each entry
- When all pages are added, click “Submit All”
- Tabs will open for each venue where you can create the nominations
