The Galaxy Theatre (天王洲 銀河劇場, Tennosu Ginga Gekijou) is a theater located in Tokyo. When it opened in 1992, it was called “Artsphere.”
In April 2006, when the management company changed from Sphere to Galaxy Theater, a group company of Horipro, the theater was renovated and reopened as The Galaxy Theater in October of the same year.

The theater is a three-story, horseshoe-shaped structure with an open ceiling. The distance between the stage and the audience is a maximum of 20 meters. Box seats are located on the second and third floors.
On February 1, 2016, Yoyogi Live Animation Co., Ltd., which operates Yoyogi Animation Academy, and its parent company, Kyoden Co., Ltd., acquired this facility from Horipro.[1]
It was planned to be renamed “Tennozu YOANI Theater” (天王洲YOANI劇場) operated by Yoyogi Animation Academy from April 1, 2017,[2] but due to an agreement reached with HoriPro, which holds the trademark rights, the name “Tennozu Galaxy Theater” continued to be used after April 2017.[3]
On December 1, 2025, Nelke Planning will acquire the facility from Yoyogi Animation Academy, who had previously operated it, and the facility will be operated by Galaxy Theatre, a subsidiary of Nelke Planning.[4]
The theater had a cafe and bar called “STRA DE ROUGE,” but it closed on April 1, 2018.[5]
