Nope. WP:VANDALISM is very clear on what is and isn’t vandalism. Furthermore, this article cites a single source that is about the drone strike. Please read Wikipedia’s notability guidelines. The policy on article titles is another invaluable resource.

And just so you know, accusing others of vandalism when there isn’t any goes against Wikipedia’s civility policy, one of the five pillars of Wikipedia. But this can be overlooked since you only have one edit, despite the account being two years old.
