Adehana Kasaye (born 13 September 2003) is an Ethiopian middle-distance and cross country runner.[1]

Career

In 2022, Kasaye became Ethiopian champion over 1500 metres, running 3:51.00 in Hawassa.[2] He won the bronze medal in the 1500m race at the 2022 African Championships in Athletics in 3:38.27 minutes, finishing behind Kenya’s Abel Kipsang and Ryan Mphahlele of South Africa. He then placed fourth at the 2022 World Athletics U20 Championships in Cali, Colombia, in 3:38.10 minutes.

The following year, at the 2023 World Athletics Cross Country Championships in Bathurst, Australia, he won the silver medal in the mixed relay alongside Hawi Abera, Getnet Wale, and Birke Haylom, finishing behind the Kenyan team.
