Their services include custom software development, AI solutions, mobile app development, etc.[1] The company provides services to the clients worldwide, including Amazon, Microsoft, edX, and KAYAK.[2]

In education technology, Arbisoft started collaborating with Open edX in 2013 and emerged as one of the major contributors to the open-source platform.[5] Edly, a learning management system based on Open edX, was created by the company that made more than 5,000 code contributions and worked with clients such as edX, MIT, Philanthropy University, etc.[6] Besides Edly, the company also built ListenTool, an internal feedback platform that was later turned into a product offering.[4]

Arbisoft kept expanding through the acquisitions of foreign firms, increasing its global footprint and services.[7] Between 2008 and 2010, Arbisoft grew immensely, achieving a 385% growth rate that put it at 13 among Pakistani companies in the Arabia Fast Growth 500 list.[8]
