Herbert Seabelo Theledi was born in the Mpumalanga province area of Sabie in 1964, spending much of his early life in the rural community of Bushbuckridge.[1] His father was a local entrepreneur.[2]
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of the North (now the University of Limpopo).[3]
