In 2020, the company introduced “Linguist”, an AI-supported translation quality analysis tools, as part of its efforts to enhance quality assurance in localization workflows.[7] In 2025, LingoHub announced a collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences Hagenberg on a research project funded by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) to develop its AI capabilities further.[2][8] As part of this initiative, the company is developing “LINA”, a linguistic agent designed to assist with localization workflows and, over time, support more autonomous handling of translation tasks.
