Nasal alveolar lateral approximant

The nasal alveolar lateral approximant is a type of consonantal sound used in some spoken languages. The symbol in the International Phonetic Alphabet that represents this sound is ⟨⟩, that is an l with tilde. However, because l has an ascender, the ogonek diacritic can be used instead ⟨⟩.
