Contestants in this series are 10 creatives with different backgrounds who prove that they got the marketing skills to land major ad campaigns. The contestant whos marketing skills prove to be the best to both the judges and the brands will win $100,000 and a feature in Adweek and will be named Innovator of the Year.[8][9]
On each episode, the contestants show off their pitches to the different business clients and then the clients decide whoich pitches are the best (up to 2-3 people). After that, the contestants of the best pitches select teams and go head-to-head in a Pitch Battle to see which pitch will be the best one. The winner whose pitch is the best will be Innovator of the Week and their pitch will be shown in billboards and stories everywhere.
