A Talent Management Company

The On Focus Club is a talent management company situated in Jhansi. It was founded by Raj Kumar Yadav in 2023. Currently On Focus club is concentrating on organizing open mics to extract raw talents of Jhansi. The mission of the club is to provide a platform to those artist who are from tier 2 or 3 cities and giving them that recognition which the artists deserve. On Focus Club also manages the artist’s event so that the event goes smooth. On the other hand the club also organizes community meet so that artists can interact and showcase their talent among the community members.

On September 29, 2023 the On Focus Club organized its first open mic in Jhansi, where they offered artforms like standup comedy, shayari, singing, poetry. The open mic was organized in K3 club and residency.

After that they conducted their second open mic in Jhansi Open Mic 2.0 in December 22, 2023 where they offered same artforms.

On April 6, 2024 On Focus Club was back with its third open mic where upto 30 artists got the chance to showcase their talent.

On July 20, 2024 the On Focus Club was back with their fourth and biggest open mic in Jhansi.

On November 5, 2024 the On Focus Club organized their first ever Standup only open mic to grow the standup community in Jhansi.
