Ram Krishna Dhakal (राम कृष्ण ढकाल, Born: 23 July 1974) is a artist and singer. His genre is modern pop music. He has started his musical journey from very early age, however his professional career started in 1990 with the release of his debut single Hamro Sundar Sansar Thiyo at the age of 14 years.[1] He has 18 albums and sang around 5000 songs in his music career.[2]
He was born in Nijgarh, Bara, Nepal as a child of Shiva Prasad Dhakal and Chandra Maya Dhakal in 1974.[3] He developed an interest in music during his childhood, participating in school programs and local events. Influenced by the works of Narayan Gopal, he began singing at a young age and later moved to Kathmandu to begin a musical career.

Ram Krishna and Neelam Shah had a love marriage in 2003 A.D. They have one daughter, Rani Dhakal . Singer Ram Krishna Dhakal and his wife have divorced on 25 December 2019 from Kathmandu District Court,.[11] He has completed his secondary education from Simara Higher School and high secondary education from Padmodaya Higher secondary school.[5]
