Sassoon Grigorian is author of Smart Nation: A Blueprint for Modern Armenia editions one (2016) and two (2025) published by the Gomidas Institute. The second edition reached top 10 in amazon best sellers in the international diplomacy category. He is a leading government affairs and public policy professional in the technology sector working for four Fortune 500 companies.

He has opinion pieces published on political issues for The Spectator, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Daily Telegraph, the Australian Financial Review, The Canberra Times, The Australian, Australian Broadcasting Corporation, The Armenian Weekly, EVN Report and many other publications.

In 2015 Sassoon Grigorian climbed Mt Ararat at a peak of 5165 metres and raised funds for Syrian Armenian refugees in Armenia fleeing ISIS, which was reported by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and other publications. He was the first person to raise the Australian Aboriginal flag on the peak on Mount Ararat.

Public policy campaigns initiated by Sassoon Grigorian have been recipient of several wards including Public Relations and Communication Association (PRCA) Asia Pacific, Information Technology Industry Council (ITI); and The Gold Standard Awards.

Sassoon has served on numerous industry boards and associations including Armenian community organisations such as the Armenian National Committee of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Politics) from Macquarie University and Masters in International Relations from the University of New South Wales.
