The Bernardi Group is an American residential real estate team based in Boulder, Colorado. Founded in 1992 by broker Karen Bernardi, the company specializes in residential sales, luxury listings, investment properties, land and acreage, and new construction throughout Boulder County and the greater Front Range. The Bernardi Group operates as an independently branded team under Coldwell Banker Realty.
The Bernardi Group was established on November 20, 1992, by Karen Bernardi, who began selling real estate in Boulder in 1984. The company has grown into one of the region’s most recognized real estate teams. Key team members joined during major phases of expansion, including Madison Cervo (2016), Megan Evoe (2018), and Brie Jones (2019), who became Chief Operating Officer.
The Bernardi Group is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, and consists of four licensed producing agents, three licensed administrative staff, and four unlicensed administrative staff.
