The burger is a sandwich with a beef patty cooked between two buns [1]. Usually with cheese lettuce and other toppings. There are many ways to make a burger cook a patty, to use butter or not but this discusses the science of burgers and how to make the best possible burger and how you make a burger. A burger uses buns the best buns depend basically use either sourdough or brioche, cook the patty on low for 20 minutes and steam the breads on the patty and add some cheese. For the sauce use ketchup mayonnaise and barbeque sauce.
