Squads

The women’s tournament will be a full sub-confederational tournament with no restrictions on age. Each team had to submit a squad of 18 players, two of whom had to be goalkeepers. Each team could also name a list of four alternate players, who could replace any player in the squad in case of injury during the tournament.

Draw

The draw for the tournament was held on 19 October 2025, 10:45 ICT (UTC+7), at the Devalux Resort & Spa in Bangkok, Thailand.

The 8 teams were drawn into two groups of four teams. The hosts Thailand were automatically seeded into Pot 1 and assigned to position A1 while the remaining teams were seeded into their respective pots based on previous results.

Group stage

The competing countries will be divided into two groups of four teams, denoted as groups A and B. Teams in each group played one another in a round-robin basis, with the top two teams of each group advancing to the semi-finals.

All times are local, ICT (UTC+7).
