Karl Fung Kar Leung is a Hong Kong politician, businessman, and academic. He is a member of the Hong Kong Liberal Party and was elected as District Councillor for the Central and Western District in December 2023.[1][2]
Karl is a member of the Hong Kong Liberal Party. He first participated in the direct district elections in 2019. In December 2023, he was elected as a District Councillor representing the Central and Western District, securing 3,061 votes from residents across seven districts.[3][4][5]
