Unincorporated community in Boone County, West Virginia
Unincorporated community in West Virginia, United States
Havana is an unincorporated community along Sixmile Creek in Boone County, West Virginia, United States.[2] This community was one of those named around 1900, arising from the Spanish–American War.[citation needed] Enoch A. Hager was appointed the first postmaster in 1905, and subsequent postmasters were appointed in 1909 and 1913.[3][4] The post office was discontinued in 1919, and the mail redirected to Ramage.[3]
