JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said on Friday that his party would oppose the proposed 27th Constitutional Amendment if it involved any attempt to usurp provincial rights.
Speaking to reporters in Islamabad, he added that the JUI-F would also oppose the amendment if changes to Article 243 were found to be detrimental to democracy.
