Disruptions in internet access were widely reported on Tuesday as Cloudflare — a DNS service —reported it was experiencing issues in its global network.
“Cloudflare is aware of, and investigating an issue which potentially impacts multiple customers. Further detail will be provided as more information becomes available,” the service provider said.
It said its support portal provider was currently experiencing issues and customers might encounter errors viewing or responding to support cases.
“We are working alongside our third party provider to understand the full impact and mitigate this problem. More updates to follow shortly,” Cloudflare said.
