Keep the Flow is the debut studio album by Italian nu metal band Folder, self-released by the band in 2001 through Silly Productions Records.[1] It was originally released in Italy in 2001, but later was re-released in Japan with a different album cover. It notably features a cover of Run-DMC‘s hit song “It’s Tricky“. It also features contributions from Rich Ward and Bonz of Stuck Mojo, and various other underground artists. The album was dedicated to former bassist Alex “Koach” Fucarino (d. 2000) and his family.[2]
